Free IEEE-USA eBook Offered as Special Benefit to IEEE Members
As a special benefit of IEEE membership, for the month of February IEEE-USA is offering a free eBook, Guidelines for Professional Employment – A Framework for Communications. Guidelines for Professional Employment – A Framework for Communications was prepared by the IEEE-USA Employment and Career Services Committee to help employers and employees understand clearly and fully the conditions in the workplace of the current and coming years, and provide guidance toward behavior that will be beneficial to the country and the engineering profession. Regular discussion of these guidelines among employers, managers, human resources personnel and engineers helps to provide a basis for enhancing their working relationships, and will lead to good communication and cooperation in the workplace.

Guidelines for Professional Employment – A Framework for Communications can be downloaded for FREE through 29 February 2012. Non-member price is US$5.99.
